  1. Erbschaftssteuer-Volksinitiative Mit einer Volksinitiative wird die Einführung einer nationalen Erbschafts- und Schenkungssteuer gefordert. Zwei Drittel der Einnahmen sollen für die Finanzierung der AHV genutzt werden. Doch die Initiative löst die demografiebedingten Probleme nicht – sie schafft hingegen neue Schwierigkeiten für Unternehmen. • Eine echte Lösung für die Finanzierungsprobleme der AHV wird mit der Initiative nur aufgeschoben. • Familienunternehmen werden empfindlich geschwächt. • Die Rückwirkungsklausel der Initiative schafft bereits Jahre vor der Abstimmung Rechtsunsicherheit.
