Salient Features of the Farmers Support Center: • Farmers can seek advisory services, currently, on 14 crops. • Important details of individual farmers are captured and recorded. • The moment a query is received from a farmer, the relevant pre-developed responsive system appears on the screen enabling the online coordinator to respond instantly to the Farmer. In case the relevant query is not on the responsive system, then the call gets escalated to an eFresh expert who will resolve the query. • As the farmer’s data is already in the data base, all the subsequent interactions with the Farmer are recorded and maintained- for appropriate decision making.
