Expanded Pilot Details • Report volume much greater than last pilot • 365 reports entered as of 11-04-03 • Approximately 120 identified as BSN • System Issues • BSN interface & account identification • Report routing and search function • Business Process Issues • Identification of Preparer and entry point of mailing
