New Look Magazine • Weight Watchers magazine has been reborn with a new look and feel starting with the next issue, July 2012! • We want to ensure our magazine is a lively and engaging experience for all our readers, and offers helpful layers of inspiration and information for those on the Weight Watchers program. • It’s been redesigned with a younger, more vibrant feel to reflect its focus on promoting an active healthy lifestyle. It’s colourful, fun – and is now the only magazine in Australia always having real women (not models!) on the cover.

  12. Leaders’ Incentive • The competition will run between 13th June and 11th September. • One leader each from the six regions who generates the highest number of subscriptions, calculated as a percentage of total attendances at meetings, during the on-sale period of the July, August and September 2012 issues will win a cheque for AUS $500. • The six regions are: New Zealand; NSW and ACT; Victoria and Tasmania; Queensland and the Northern Territory; South Australia; and Western Australia.

Criteria for feedback on each activity Provide feedback on how each Leader: Set up the activity – clarity, simplicity, relevance to the topic Ran the activity – ensured full participation, making it fun and engaging, inclusive of all members Used the activity to meet some of the different VAK & adult learning needs in the activity Used the activity to encourage the use of eTools Debriefed the activity so members could see what they had learned

OCTOBER- Dessert Sauces Launch plan • Promotion Period : 7th October- 3rd November ( 4 weeks) • Member promotion: Buy any dessert sauce and receive a free Dessert Sauce Date Clip • ( A4 POS with memo –August Mail out) • Additional promo proposal: • “BUY TWO DESSERT SAUCES AND RECEIVE FOR FREE OUR WEIGHT WATCHERS MEASURING SPOONS…” • Free value $12.90 that translate to more than ½ price. • It’s a compelling offer and it’s driving people to try both variants and support launch. • GP 49% but its’ a relevant offer as 40ml one serve for 1 ProPointsvalue is two table spoons and will drive the new category • Assist in clearing excess spoon stock. • LEADER FOCUS IN PREPARATION FOR LAUNCH • At the September leaders all leaders will receive 4 recipe cards and a sample of each variant (NOTE: Recipe Cards due in the warehouse 16th July) •  Currently working with Operations to have our dessert included in buffet lunch.

HLA 540 entries so far, with 272 completed and 11,000 People’s Choice votes • Entries close next week – 27 June • Collation of results and internal judging the following week • State and NZ judging w/c 30 July • This years HLA Gala event will be at the fabulous Zeta Bar at The Hilton • Wednesday, 19 September
