  2. What is Bullying? • Happens more than once – Repeated • It’s unfair and one-sided (not joking around) • Can be done directly to someone or behind their back

  3. What is Bullying? • Physical – hitting, kicking, pushing • Verbal – using insults, name calling, or spreading rumors • Relationship/Emotional – Ignoring others or leaving them out on purpose

  4. Our WIS Bully Survey Results… • In 5th grade: • 21% of students felt Bullying was a problem at WIS. • 91% knew that Bullying is “when people are repeatedly mean to others”. • Only 22% knew the difference between Normal Conflict and Bullying.
