  2. Introduction Welcome to the OSBA committee and section sites. We are excited about the launch of the new OSBA Web site and want you to get hands-on experience as soon as possible. You will find that the committee and section pages of the Web site provide incredible tools to assist in your work. The following tutorial is designed to help committee and section members communicate with each other through these sites. If you have any questions, please contact Jessica Emch at jemch@ohiobar.org.

  4. To view an announcement • Click on the title of the announcement. • Click on the link at the bottom of the page to view the attachment.

  7. To view a shared document • Click “Shared Documents” on the left side navigation bar. • Click on a folder or document that you wish to review.

  10. To add a shared document • Click “Shared Documents” on the left side navigation bar. • Click “Upload” at the top of the site and choose “Upload Document. • Click “Browse” and choose your document. • Click “Ok” at the bottom of the screen.

  12. To add a shared document 2. Click “Upload” at the top of the site and choose “Upload Document.”

  14. To view a discussion topic • Click on “Discussion” in the left navigation bar. • Click on the discussion topic you wish to view. Note: Click “Cancel” if a pop-up box appears on the screen when you attempt to view a discussion topic. • You can view attachments by clicking on “View Properties” in the upper right corner. (The link to the attachment is at the bottom of the page.)

  18. To respond to a discussion topic • Click on “Discussion” in the left navigation bar. • Click on a discussion subject. • Click “Reply.” • Enter the text of your reply in the “Body” box. • Click “Ok.”

To create a new discussion topic • Click on “Discussion” in the left navigation bar. • Click on “New” at the top of the site. • Enter a subject in the “Subject” box. • Enter a description of you discussion topic in the “Body” box. • You can attach a file by clicking on the “Attach File” link in the upper left corner.

  26. To create a discussion topic 3. Enter a subject in the “Subject” box. 4. Enter a description of you discussion topic in the “Body” box. 5. You can attach a file by clicking on the “Attach File” link in the upper left corner.

  27. To view an event on the calendar • Click on the upcoming event at the bottom of the calendar. • Click the event on the full screen calendar.

  31. To respond to a survey • Click on “Survey” in the left navigation bar. • Click on the survey to which you wish to respond. • Click “Respond to this Survey” at the top of the page.
