  1. How to add a mailbox

  2. In outlook click on Tools

  3. Click on Account Settings

  4. Double click on the Microsoft Exchange Server line

  5. Click on the More Settings button

  6. Click on the Advanced Tab

  7. Click on the Add button

  8. Type in your mailbox name and hit ok. Your mailbox name is FFF with a dot then your branch number. Example fff.1751

  9. You should now see your mailbox. Click on Apply

  10. Now click on OK

  11. Click Next

  12. Click on Finish

  13. Click on Close
