  3. Resource Adequacy Task Force • Limited Scope: Look at price reversal from ERS Deployments, Load RRS Deployments, and RUC (0 – LSL). Further changes of scope must be directed by TAC • Revision to RUC floors to higher than $1000/MWh • Release of the HASL • What do you do with RMR resources? • What do you do with firm load shed?
