  2. EPIDEMIOLOGIE Cancer du sein: 101/100 000 habitants/an CCR: 62/100 000

  3. DIAGNOSTIC > 40A phototype I et II UV cumulés Visage (hélix, nez, vermillon) Dos des mains Avant-bras Cuir chevelu

  4. DIAGNOSTIC II • Aspect: lésion plane, rugueuse, +- épaisse, parfois plus palpable que visible, revêtue d’une kératine jaunâtre ou brunâtre adhérente. • Risque: CEC: bourrelet induré ulcération, rougeur, douleur, saignement, corne.

  5. PREVENTION-TRAITEMENT • Prévention primaire : règles d’exposition solaire quand activité extérieure secondaire: 1 fois par an (>50a, FDR) • Traitement: Azote liquide,5FU , IMIQUIMOD dès que doute: avis dermato
