Display Rule Changes/REMINDERS • Hanging Banners • Maximum clearance for banners is 25’ from the floor • Floor covering is required for all booths • All booths must have floor covering installed by 4 PM on Sunday, March 8, 2015 • All peninsula/island booths are required to submit a layout for approval by January 23, 2015

  11. Pricing for 2015 • Booth costs: • Early Discount Rate - $2400 / booth (until 7/14/14) • Regular Rate - $2900 / booth (after 7/14/14) • Expansion Rate - $1900 / booth (any booth over Pittcon 2014 space) • Seminar Room with Ceiling - $8500 • Seminar Room without Ceiling - $7000

  12. Important Dates / Deadlines • June 2, 2014 • Booth Space Agreement available online • July 14, 2014 • Booth Space Agreement and Payment due to qualify for the early discount rate • August 4, 2014 • Booth assignments begin in seniority order starting at 65 years and working backwards

  13. Important Dates / Deadlines • September 22, 2014 • Information for the Preliminary Program Due • October 10, 2014 • Last day for a 75% refund on cancellation • October 27, 2014 • Booth Assignments mailed to exhibitors • Service Manual available on-line

  14. Important Dates / Deadlines • November 10, 2014 • Last day for a 50% refund on cancellation • November 17, 2014 • Balance of payments due • December 22, 2014 • Information for the Final Program Due
