When you put in a requisition…. And then your principal approves the requisition……. Gwyn gets the requisition and sees a problem……. I will disapprove the requisition and note what the problem is …. You will have a disapproval notice on your computer….

  1. When you put in a requisition….

  2. And then your principal approves the requisition……

  3. Gwyn gets the requisition and sees a problem……

  4. I will disapprove the requisition and note what the problem is ….

  5. You will have a disapproval notice on your computer…..

  6. When you click on the details button, it will tell you what the requisition number is…

  7. You will go into the requisition and click on the view button and find out what needs to be corrected…

  8. Make the correction’s and resubmit by clicking finish…

  9. Remember, it will have to go back through the whole approval chain…

  10. Once it makes it’s way back through the approval process it will be processed as a PO!! YEAH!!!!!
