  2. Rules for Collection Summary Page 1.Visibility Statuses, including Visible, Not Visible, Reviewed and Not Yet Reviewed, will be set only at Series level in database. In another words, only series has visibility status. 2. If a patient/study has at least one series invisible, this patient/study will be counted towards total invisible patients/studies although other series for the patient/study have different visibility statuses. 3. If a patient/study has at least one series visible, this patient/study will be counted towards total visible patients/studies although other series for the patient/study have different visibility statuses. 4. If a patient/study has at least one series not reviewed, this patient/study will be counted towards total un-reviewed patients/studies although other series for the patient/study have different visibility statuses.

  3. Rules for Collection Summary Page (cont) 5. The control of QC status change at collection level is not provided. The user needs to drill down to the patient level to perform the QC status change, by selecting all patients in the collection and making a status change. 6. The Updated Date for a collection will be determined based on the latest date of the series in this collection got updated. (Needs to be discussed.) 7. The Updated Date for data just submitted and has no change in QA status will be displayed as “null” or blank or ”NA”. (needs to be discussed) 8. The Creation Date for a collection will be the earliest submission date from submission_date of submission_history table. (Needs to be verified and discussed).

The patient column will display total number of patients (T) in a collection, the number of patients who have at least one un-reviewed series (NR) in that collection, the number of patients who have at least one visible series(V) in that collection and the number of patients who have at least one invisible series(IV) in that collection. The displaying format is T(NR, V, IV). 10. The study column will display total number of studies (T) in a collection, the number of studies who have at least one un-reviewed series (NR) in that collection, the number of studies who have at least one visible series (V) in that collection and the number of studies who have at least one invisible series(IV) in that collection. The displaying format is T(NR, V, IV).

  5. Rules for Collection Summary Page (cont) 11. The Patients and Studies column will not be sortable. 12. All tables of QC Tool will be paginated. Users should be able to select the number of rows to be displayed in a page and a control for navigating to different pages is provided. Whenever the number of rows per page changes, the first page displaying the number of rows specified will be shown. 13. There is only summary page provided and no Visible(V)/Hiden(H)/Not Reviewed (NR) tabs at collection level because V/H/NR tabs at patient/study/image level are provided to perform QC status changes. 14. What is going to be shown on summary? (Needs to be discussed)

  6. Rules for Patient Page 1. If a patient has at least one series invisible, this patient will be counted towards total invisible patients and the patient will be placed on Hidden tab. 2. If a patient has at least one series visible, this patient will be counted towards total visible patients and the patient will be placed on Visible tab. 3. If a patient has at least one series not reviewed, this patient will be counted towards total un-reviewed patients and the patient will be placed on Not Reviewed tab.

Studies and Series column in All Patients tab will not be sortable. 8. The control for performing QC status change is not provided in All Patients Tab and is provided in Not Reviewed, Visible and Hidden tab.

Clicking on a selection box on the header of the table will select/deselect the records display at that page. 10.The number displayed on Studies column on Not Reviewed/Visible/Hidden tab shows the number of studies which have at least one not reviewed/visible/invisible series respectively. 11.The number displayed on series column of Not Reviewed/Visible/Hidden tab shows the total number of not reviewed/visible/invisible series respectively.

The displaying format is T(NR, V, IV). 8.The number displayed on series column of Not Reviewed/Visible/Hidden tab shows the total number of not reviewed/visible/invisible series respectively. 9. The control for performing QC status change is not provided in All Studies Tab and is provided in Not Reviewed, Visible and Hidden tab.

The Image column will display total number of images(T) in the series. The displaying format is T 4. Clicking on View on Updates column will display the update history of the series . 5. DICOM Viewer and Image Viewer will be invoked when clicking on a series ID.
