  4. APFO Contract Admin Fees APFO Contract Administrative Fee: Administrative fees are collected by APFO for services rendered for agreements under the Economy Act. Services include: - a full range of procurement and contracting services. - quality assurance inspection services - flight planning, project planning - assistance and advice on technical and contracting issues

  5. APFO Contract Admin Fees APFO Contract Administrative Fee: Administrative fees collected by APFO are returned to the USDA budget and reused if within the same fiscal year (seldom happens). If administrative fees are collected after the fiscal year in which they were obligated, the funds are returned and deposited to the U.S. Treasury (usually happens). APFO is developing a strategy to have the administrative fee returned directly to APFO.

  9. APFO Carry-over Funds Policy FSA – APFO Policy on Carry-Over Funds FSA will continue to accept no-year funded agreements from other agencies which may cross fiscal years. Accruals start for the year an FSA obligation is made.
