Impact of DS-7423 on p-Akt and p-S6 Signaling in TOV-21G and RMG-1 Cell Lines

This study examines the effects of the compound DS-7423 on the phosphorylation of Akt at Thr308 and S6 at Ser240/244 in the TOV-21G and RMG-1 cell lines. Time-dependent analyses reveal significant reductions in p-Akt and p-S6 levels, demonstrating the compound's potential to alter key signaling pathways associated with cell growth and proliferation. Shorter (2h) and longer (6h, 24h) treatment intervals showed varying degrees of inhibition, indicating important insights into the therapeutic implications of DS-7423 in ovarian cancer research.
