Delivery of DP2 Construction Support Vessel for BP Angola - September 2007

In September 2007, Oceanteam Bourbon KS delivered a dynamic positioning class 2 construction support vessel. This vessel features a length of 123 meters, a beam of 27 meters, and a draft of 5 meters, with a deadweight capacity of 7,000 tons. Equipped with DP2 specifications, it boasts a helideck and can accommodate 120 personnel. The vessel has a fully loaded speed of 15 knots and offers 2,000 m² of deck space along with two 100-ton offshore cranes. Built by Metal Ships & Docks, Vigo, Spain, the vessel was managed by North Sea Shipping.
