  4. 2 - 1 TWB • Summary : TWB stands for Tailor Welded Blank • Manufacturing process : boards in different material quality and thickness are blanked and laser welded • Effect : Initial cost decrease <Use of TWB product> <Companies look & material>

  5. 2 – 2 Hydro forming • Manufacturing process : not by welding various shapes of pressed plates, but by forming steel tube with pressurized liquid into the tube. • Effect : Enhancement in size precision <Engine Cradle> <Chassis Frame> <Front Side Member>
