Wayzata West Theatre: Important Parent Information & Volunteer Opportunities

Welcome to Wayzata West Theatre! We are excited to share important updates and volunteer opportunities. Our production team includes Artistic Director Mandy Kraus and Assistant Director Emily Richardson. Please visit our online calendar for theatre information. A participation fee of $50 is due tonight, with scholarships available. We need your help with costumes, set design, and more. Join us for our performances on May 12th and 13th. Wayzata West Theatre Participation Fee • $50 due tonight • Scholarships are available. • See Ms. Kraus. • Funds the following items: • Cast/crew t-shirts • Cast/crew meals on dress rehearsal nights • Water during the show • Personal posters & ticket for students • Recognitions • Cast/crew party following the final show Wayzata West Middle School presents on Thursday, May 12th Friday, May 13th 4

  5. Intramural Participation Form • Needed to participate, different than grade level activity fees • $25 Fee - can be paid online. • If in another activity in fall, you may have paid • Scholarship available

  6. Ticket Order Form • Allows ticket sales at your convenience • Guarantees night preferences • Forms due Friday, October 28th!

  7. Costume and Make-Up Bin with Supplies • Due Friday, October 28th! • Scholarships are available. (See Ms.Kraus.)

  8. Wayzata West Theatre Boosters • Share show information with the parents • Coordinate volunteers • Support the theatre department at West • NOTE: All parents will be invited to WWTB meetings. We hope to see you there.

  9. Volunteer Information We need help with: --Costumes --Set Design -- Props --Make-up and Hair --Backstage Attendants --Publicity --Tickets --Concessions --Cast/Crew Meals and Party
