  1. Eligibility Criteria Guide for NEET 2020 With NEET result coming out and the onset of NEET 2019 counseling, the tension of air has drifted towards the oncoming NEET 2020. CLEAR EXAM (SUCCESS MANTRA) brings you the NEET eligibility criteria. For NEET 2020 eligibility criteria is stated as below: -He/ She should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the first year of MBBS/BDS course. -Upper age limit for NEET (UG) is 25 years -Upper age limit for SC/ST/OBC and persons entitled for reservation under the Right of Persons with disabilities act 2016 is 30 years. – Indian Citizens/ Overseas Citizens of India intending to pursue MBBS/ BDS from a foreign Medical/ Dental Institute also need to qualify NEET (UG). CBSE NEET 2020 Eligibility for seats under the control of States/Deemed Universities/Central Universities/ESIC and AFMC including Delhi University (DU), BHU & AMU/central pool quota: i. Indian Nationals, Non Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), Persons with Indian Origin (PIO) and Foreign Nationals are eligible for admission in Medical/Dental Colleges subject to rules and regulations framed by the respective State Governments, Institutions and the Government of India as the case may be. ii. Foreign nationals may confirm their eligibility from the concerned Medical/Dental College/State. Eligibility for 15% All India Quota seats : a) Indian Nationals, Non Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) and Foreign Nationals are eligible for 15% All India Quota Seats. b) Candidates from State of J & K i. Students from State of J & K are not eligible for 15% All India Quota Seats as State of J&K has opted out of All India Scheme since its inception. If they claim eligibility, they must submit online Self Declaration which will be generated and printed automatically. Along with confirmation page for the record and to present the same during counseling. The Self- Declaration Form is given in Appendix III.

The online Self Declaration of the candidates will be verified at the time of counseling and if found to be false at any time, the Candidature/admission of such candidates shall be cancelled and Criminal proceedings may be initiated against such candidates. iii. Candidates from the State of J & K can appear in NEET (UG) for Admission to Private Medical/Dental Colleges or any Private/Deemed University and Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pine subject to the fulfillment of eligibility conditions. If you fulfill the eligibility criteria for the NEET 2020, then fill in all the details required to generate the NEET admit card. For each correct response the candidates will get 4 Marks. For each incorrect response one mark will be deducted for the total score. The duration of test would be three (03) hours. Medium of the Question Papers:- i. Candidates can opt for Question Paper in anyone of the following languages: English Hindi Assamese Bengali Gujarati Kannada Marathi Odia Tamil Telugu Urdu. ii. Option of medium of Question Paper should be carefully exercised while filling in the Application Form and the option once exercised by candidates cannot be changed later. iii. Candidates opting for English would be provided Test Booklet in English only. iv. Candidates opting for Hindi would be provided Bilingual Test Booklet in English and Hindi. v. Candidates opting for Regional languages would also be provided Bilingual Test Booklet in selected Regional language and English. vi. In case of any ambiguity in translation of any of the questions, its English version shall be treated as final. vii. Option of Regional languages will be available only as per following details:- (d) Candidates qualifying NEET (UG) – 2020 would be eligible for All India Quota and other quotas under the State Governments/Institutes, irrespective of the medium of the examination, subject to other eligibility criteria.
