Model is staring straight at reader – engaging image. Masculine or neutral colours used – not stereotypical of ‘gay’ advertising. Could be a straight magazine; it isn’t really obvious Colour, images, shapes, font, titles, logos

Editor • In charge of the name of the magazine, creating article titles and deciding on any adverts • Keeping other groups members in line! Reporter • You are in charge of the layout of the front cover and making sure it matches your target audience Designer • In charge of colour scheme and images

  6. Move around the room and on your post-it write a comment explaining how that group has met their target audience and how they have used stereotypes. comment on if stereotypes have been positively/negatively used.
