This project aims to attract Information and Communication Technology (ICT) companies, including software and contact centers, to Alto Trás-os-Montes, a peripheral region in Northeastern Portugal. By demonstrating feasibility through prototyping distributed call centers and software services, the initiative seeks to foster cluster development and nurture regional social capital. Led by the city of Bragança, it highlights the region's potential for ITC growth, offering lower costs and a qualified workforce. Join us in experiencing the revitalizing changes and thriving environment of Alto Trás-os-Montes.
