Enhancing P-20 Data Collaboration: Review of Shared Repository Features

The meeting on May 12, 2010, focused on evaluating the functionalities of the P-20 Shared Repository. Objectives included reviewing the visual representation of projected data elements from EPSB, KDE, and CPE sources, as well as explaining the Shared Repository User List and roles. The group discussed user roles including Analyst, Advanced Business User, and Business Analyst User and their respective access permissions. Additionally, the team reviewed and edited the Graphic Organizer and shared feedback through MAP discussions, aimed at improving data analysis and reporting.
