  4. 2013-2014 ACEC/MW Engineering Excellence Awards More than 550 parking spaces were provided in Phase 1 of the Telegraph Road Park and Ride project. An integral part of this design was the outlet structure, which allows for the manipulation of the water levels (by the adjustment of the control slide gates) within the central wetland area.   39. 2013-2014 ACEC/MW Engineering Excellence Awards The Telegraph Road Bridge over Cameron Run replaced the old structure and was constructed in three stages in order to maintain traffic and features jointless, low maintenance features. This photo shows the final stage prior to placement of the deck concrete. A new 3‐cell box culvert was required to carry a tributary to Cameron Run under the proposed high fills required for the Southern Grade Separation ramps.
