START I need to access digital documents NO YES Complete ImageNow Account Access Form Forms are located here: >Access ImageNow FAQs for form location. >Submit completed and approved form to IT Services WebNow (docs.hjf.org): Use if you “reference” the documents and do not need to capture and process documents into ImageNow. WebNow is accessible remotely IT Services informs you of account creation “WebNow” or “ImageNow”? ImageNow: 1. Use if you process documents (i.e., capture, link, route, merge, etc). 2. You may also use ImageNow to “reference” documents if you already have it installed. Continued…

Access paths to digital documents Path 1 WebNow Path 2 ImageNow Database of Documents (single source) Go To: docs.hjf.org Contact IT Help Desk to install ImagNow client on your machine Log In Open the application (clicking the “Sun” icon on your workstation) LogIn Credentials Format (ImageNow and WebNow) LoginID: First and Last name (HJF Online) Password: HJF Online Password ( hint: same as when you submit your timecard) Need Training? 1. General HJF HQ User Guide is located under HJF Online  ImageNow menu. 2. Document Owner/Processor User Guides are maintained by respective department (AP, Travel, IPA, etc.). END
