  1. HOW TO SUBMIT A TECHNOLOGY REQUEST

  2. Step One • Go to Sharyland ISD homepage. www.sharylandisd.org • Select the Departments Tab.

  3. Step Two: Finding Technology Department Tab.

  4. Step Three • Once in the technology department web page. • Find the box that says Technology Help Desk • Choose that box…..

  5. Step Four • Once you enter the Technology Help Page. • You must enter your email address.

  6. Step Four “A” • If the web site does not recognize you. • The next step would be to enter your last name.

  7. Step Four “B” • Once you enter your last name you will have to fill out the information. • When that is complete just submit it. Then you can proceed to step 5.

  8. STEP FIVE AND IT’S MANY DIFFERENT STEPS Verify that the information is correct. Fill out your location, building, area, and room number.

  9. Step Six • Select your tech problem.

  10. Step Seven and Eight • Write a brief, but complete description of the problem. • List your available time.

  11. Step NineSubmit the password for your tech request.

  12. Step Ten The tenth and final step is to click on the submit button.
