At Bunkie Elementary School, our mission is to meet the Fundamental Practice Level in Instruction by fostering student engagement. We have identified a consistent need for improvement through data sources such as walk-throughs, staff surveys, LEAP/ileap scores, and discipline data. Our plan focuses on increased student engagement through the implementation of Whole-Brain Teaching strategies, ongoing staff development, effective technology use, and collaborative planning. These efforts aim to enhance time on task, reduce discipline issues, and improve test scores.
