Executing the DoW – Work Package Leader • Work Package Leader takes initiative - Person in charge • Verifies Gantt Communicates Inconsistencies / requests change • Responsible for Communicating Mailing List to Majordomo admin • Sets meeting schedule • Skype • Teleconference • Face to face meetings • Executes DoW ensuring that each task leader knows when to start and has the assistance of all participating partners • Completes management reports • Checks deliverable schedule • Defines person responsible for draft, final version • List of deliverables will be circulated and returned with responsibilities • Defines and communicates quality check level to PM • Peer/internal review for docs • Test retirement report for SW • Communicates uncertainties to Project Manager who activates procedure when needed
