  7. DETERMINING OBJECTIVES • It has a very important role for the next steps of developing CALL. As stated by Russell ( 1992: 775 ) “ it is important to identify the purpose, objective-the materials are intended to serve”. BACK

  14. CONCLUSION CALL program is one of effective ways of English language teaching and learning. Develop a CALL program, we need some steps such as: initial planning, determining objectives, choosing types of the programs, selecting materials, choosing software, determining task and designing structure of the program. Principles to be considered in developing CALL program such as: interactivity, usability, content appropriateness, effectiveness and performance.
