TOSS Field Placement Signup: Essential Information and Required Forms

Sign up for TOSS Field Placement and ensure you have all necessary documents ready. Complete the Criminal History Background Check, Personal Affirmation Form, Liability Insurance Form, and the Charge to Card Services. Please note that all school systems mandate a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability insurance coverage. Additionally, Cobb County Consent Forms must be submitted. Prepare ahead to ensure a smooth placement process.

  3. All school systems require $1,000,000 of liability insurance a clear criminal history Securing and maintaining these are both the responsibility of the KSU student. Insurance &Criminal Background Check
  4. You must obtain coverage by joining: Georgia Association of Educators (GAE) Student Professional Assn. of Georgia Educators (SPAGE) Fill Out this Form Upload form to Certified Background’s website and your file Verification of Liability Insurance
  5. For your background check You must use CertifiedBackground.com NO other vendors are approved Criminal Background Check
  6. CertifiedBackground.com Online $38.00 (Visa/MasterCard/money order) Use the password to view and print the results. Results usually available in 48-72 hours Criminal Background Check
