This update outlines important information regarding the Electric Industry Registry and the TSIN Replacement project as of February 16, 2012. All Balancing Authorities (BAs), Transmission Service Providers (TSPs), and Power Supply Entities (PSEs) must re-register with the new registry, which is essential for OASIS and e-Tagging operations. The registration process requires a digital certificate, and each entity/role pair must register and pay initial and annual fees. Training will be provided through webinars. Further information and updates can be found at NAESB’s website.
