  7. Daily Program • Six Classes Daily • Four Core, One Exploratory or Band, and PE • Break, Lunch, and Passing Periods • Attendance Monitored daily and monthly for excessive absences.

  17. Frequently Asked Questions • How early can students arrive on campus? Students can start arriving by 7:50 AM. When will my child receive their class schedule? Students will receive their class schedule on the first day of school in a Special Homeroom. Signs will be posted around the campus to inform students where to go. What about bus transportation? Depending upon which area you live bussing will be provided. Parents will receive in the mail information about transportation.

  18. Frequently Asked Questions I am concerned about my students grade what should I do? Contact your student’s counselor or teacher if it is only one subject to discuss a plan of action to assist your child.

  19. Frequently Asked Questions • What kinds of extra support does the school provide for students who are struggling? The number one support is the classroom teacher. Teachers are available before and afterschool. We also have an afterschool tutoring program supported by a community based organization. Students can participate once it is up and running. The program takes place in the library.
