  4. ITF Grant for AVL • Working with Latitude Geographics • Demo (maybe) • Basic deployment • Cars ($750 per unit) • Laptops ($50 or so per unit) • Cell phones (need specific models) • Cost for data connectivity not resolved • About $50 per month
