Texas SET Change Controls 726 – Add SAC 04 code for Energy Efficiency Cost Recovery Factor (EECRF) from TDSP base rates 750 – In order for TDSP to send discretionary charges due to tampering a new type code added to the 810_02 Texas SET Recommendation to RMS: Approve these Change Controls with the classification of emergency. 5

  8. 2010 Accomplishments Submitted 2 RMGRRs 091 – Accelerated Disconnect and Reconnect for Customers with Advanced Meters 092 – Changes to Implement and Interim Solution for Critical Care Status and Secondary Contact Information Submitted 2 NPRRs 247 – Retail Market Testing Updates Due to the Merger of TX SET and TTPT Working Groups 294 – Texas SET 4.0 Including: Acquisition and Transfer of Customers from one REP to Another; Meter Tampering Transactional Solution 8

  9. 2010 Accomplishments Completed 3 flights of testing 24 new CRs entered the Market Of the 24, 20 were classified as additional DUNS for previously certified CRs 32 existing CRs completed testing 13 change of service provider 13 banking changes 5 territory additions 1 change of PUCT option 9

  10. 2011 Goals Analyze Issues as they are presented to TX SET to determine if there is a Market need for another TX SET Release based on Market issues and/or approved PUCT Rule requirements Work with MCT to evaluate questions/issues related to Texas SET 4.0 Implementation Continue to Update Protocols, Retail Market Guide and Texas Market Test Plan when and where necessary Incorporate Stacking documentation into the Retail Market Guide 10

  11. 2011 Goals Identify functionality that will require testing for Implementation of Texas SET 4.0 and modify scripts to accommodate the new functionality Successfully complete the 3 approved test flights for 2011 Continue to be involved with all market participants and market meetings to provide assistance and TX SET expertise where needed Always encourage all market participants to attend and participate in TX SET meetings and workshops 11
