  2. HPBAP “Scoping Meetings” SEMPRA/So Cal Gas - Lance DeLaura, Manager Market Strategy/Codes & Standards • CEC still in concept phase, but committed • No concrete info on monitoring or enforcement • Gas company has no position on Netzero • Recent CEC staff changes significant
