  1. Food Solutions New England: Network Design and Advancement Process • Agreement on the Framework for Change– full context, current reality (regionally and state-by-state), goal of the process, and fuller stakeholder analysis (including diversity of perspectives, categories, etc.) • Conceptual congruence and alignment around core terminology • A refined 2060 NE Food Vision and plans for next steps with respect to its use • Agreement on a set of guiding core values for food system and network development • Ongoing strategic relationship and trust building • Greater shared capacity around network theory/thinking/building and food systems • Agreement on any joint, possibly experimental, actions that might be taken across the region before the next Summit • Input on planning for the third Food Solutions Summit in June 2013 • Agreement on “Big Picture” framing document that includes an assessment of the current reality and desired future state (reflected in terms of results, process, and relationship outcomes), relative to this network building work • Agreement on the team charter for the Design Team (see Roles and Resources section) laying out its roles and responsibilities • A list of priority Design Team members and a recruitment plan for bringing them on board • Role clarity amongst the convening/core team (facilitation, project management, convening, content management, network weaving, collaborative site curation, etc.) • Establishment of a virtual collaborative platform • A process map outlining the key meetings, activities, and associated stakeholders and outcomes leading up to and beyond the 3rd annual New England Food Summit
