  2. Departure is near • This PowerPoint is designed to answer any final questions and to ensure that everyone is prepared for departure. • Please follow all instructions. • If you have lingering questions after viewing the presentation, please contact me directly by email or mobile phone.

  3. First Step Go to http://www.espyjax.com/summer-2013-exchange-students.html and fill out the following important documents: • Travel Waiver & Liability Form • Medical Release Form • Agreement Form ALL FORMS need to be completed prior to departure.

  4. Second Step • Once ALL forms are complete, you have the option of uploading them up onto the site. • You may also print them and bring them to the airport with your: • Passport • Copy of your passport • Student ID • Printed copy of paid reciprocity fee (visa) • ALL documents need to be sealed in a Ziplock bag.

  5. Visa/Reciprocity Fee • Some of you have asked about the $160.00 fee. This is a new requirement. • There has been some controversy as to whether this fee is necessary. I like to steer on the safe side of things. • If you do not pay this fee, you may run the risk of complicating our entry into Argentina. • If you want to print documentation from the State Department to take on the trip in lieu of paying the fee, that is your choice. But please have funds available in the event that we are stopped.

  6. Third Step Review: • Packing List • Itinerary Packing guidelines: • Pack lite! 1 suitcase should be all you need. • Leave hairdryers at home. Use your host sister’s : ) • Pack 1 carry-on item.

  7. Fourth Step Sunday: • Suitcase and carry-on should be packed and ready by the front door. • Documents should be completed and ready to go in a Ziplock bag. • Everyone should get a good night of sleep. Monday: • Double check that you have everything you need. • Arrive at the airport 3:30pm • We will meet near the United ticket counter inside.
