  2. La información de la Muestra • el número de serie del laboratorio • la fecha de recibido • el nombre del paciente, sexo, edad y dirección • el nombre de la institución de salud • la razón para el examen

  3. Reactivos estándares: • Fucsina Fenicada • Solución decolorante: alcohol ácido o ácido sulfúrico • Azul de metileno

  4. 100 campos!! • Si usted examina menos de 100 campos microscópicos, puede dar un reporte falso negativo.

  5. Desechar la Muestra • Hervir • Autoclave • Quemar
