  8. Relationships • Who are your friends? Your friend’s friends? • Who are the Individuals or corporations outside your community? • Parents. Know them. • Patience.

  9. Ask • When is someone ready to be asked? • Know your case. • Who is the best person to make the ask? • Swing set or children? Remember what you’re asking people to invest in.
