MyInBev external access procedure

1. MyInBev.net external access procedure • If you have an InBev portable with VPN connection, you can access the site by just connecting to the InBev network, and link to http://MyInBev.net. If you do not have a VPN connection, you need to follow the steps below. • Firstly, be aware of the following: • You must have an internet connection from your location. • The performance of the connection is depending on your internet speed. • Provision of this access is a service that is charged to your department.The cost is being defined and will be communicated once finalised. This cost is likely to be in the range of a few hundred euro per user. • Get the approval of your direct manager. • Your direct manager must send an e-mail to the Corporate Internal Communications department. Corporate.InternalCommunications@inbev.comThe following details need to be provided in this email : • User last name, first name, e-mail address, country and location. • Short description why the user needs this access. • If possible an indication of the required connection time per day • If applicable, specify the periods of intensive use. • Cost center against which the costs can be charged • Corporate Internal Communications will evaluate the request and if OK, will initiate the technical process for setting up the external connection. • When this connection has been set up, Corporate Internal Communications will inform the user and his direct manager that the external access is ready, and will support the user for his first access attempt.
