  1. Join us for our Tuesday Evening Track Series (All Heats subject to change based on participation. Slower Heats will run first at all meets.) June 24: Mile, 100m, 400m, 4x100m relay July 01: 1500m, 200m, 800m July 08: Mile, 800m, 4x400m relay July 15: 3000m, 200m, 100m July 22: Mile, 100m, 400m, 4x100m Shuttle Relay July 29: 5000m, 200m RACE DAY REGISTRATION ONLY FROM 5.45PM – 6.20PM (No T-shirts, No Awards) ALL AGES AND ABILITIES ARE WELCOME! • Events to begin at 6.30pm (rain or shine) •$5 per evening for adults (18 & over), $3 for CBRC members (You can register for the full Series on June 24.) • $1 for 17 & under (Free for 6 years and under) •All runners must sign a waiver to participate (17 & under MUST have parent or guardian signature). •All times posted on the CBRC website: www.cbrcmd.org • No headphones or dogs allowed Chesapeake Bay Running Club (CBRC)2014 Summer Twilight Track Series Races will be held at Patuxent High School, Lusby MD School: http://phsweb.calvertnet.k12.md.us/ CBRC: http://www.cbrcmd.org Contact:
