  2. Why is it important to have a variety of animals in the Bay? The soft clam are important to the bay because there part of the food sources. Phytoplankton are Important to the bay because they create algal blooms that block out the sunlight from the underwater grasses. Zooplankton are important to the bay because they help the bay be health.

  3. Phytoplankto I think phytoplankto are important to the bay because it produce there on food from photsynthsis. Also phtoplacltion can not swim so they move by riding.

  4. Zooplankton Something I learned about zooplankton is that zooplankton usually are found near the surface of the water. Also zooplankton are small different shapes. Another fact I learn is that they get there food during the night and at the day they hide at the bottem.

  5. Soft Clams Something that I learnd is that some clams live in buried mud tidal mudflats.Mostly clams are found in new England. The colors or white are dark grey. Some people mostly eat calms because of it toast.

  6. Conclusion In conclusion I learned that the people of Maryland need too keep the water safe for use and the and the animals.
