  1. SnakesBy: Deven and Malik Snakes are reptiles and they are cold-blooded. There are more than 2,700 species of snakes in the world. Snakes are found in every continent except Africa. Most snakes are non-venomous but some are and they are very dangerous. Snakes are legless animals. Rattlesnakes move side to side. Their body is made out of scales. Snakes eyes are covered by clear scales. The snakes always stay open even when they sleep. A cobra has a smiley face on the back of its head to attract prey.
