  3. Crystallizing Intent “Crystallizing intent requires being open to the larger intention and imaginatively translating the intuitions that arise into concrete images and visions that guide action.” Peter Senge

  4. Intention • Without heartfelt rightintention there will be little significant change in outcome. • Intention must be individually and collectively aligned. • Intention must be uncomplicated in concept and application.

  5. Developing Right Intention • Clear about what you want to do. • Why do you want to do it? • How is it a refection of your values? • How does it relate to your unique purpose in life? • How will it change society for the better good?

  6. Choice Is The Compass • Our choices create the conditions we find ourselves in. • We have the capability to consistently choose well. • Not choosing is choosing. • Blaming conditions is unproductive. • Right choice is an artifact of intention.

  7. Biases/Assumptions • A personal preference • Reality is distorted • To influence others…a manipulation

  8. Overcoming Biases • Learning to acknowledgebiases as they appear. • How to shelve biases for a short period of time. • Mindfully integrate biases. • Letting go of both personal and collective “garbage.”

  9. Learning To DiscoverWhat Is New • Listen for: • What is truly new? • Connecting. What do the pieces mean as a whole? • What do the spaces hold? • What do the patterns indicate?

  10. Setting The Container • Pay attention to our environment. • Toxic vs. Healing • Take time to clear the mind. • Role of breath • Relaxing in your body • Holding rightperspective.
