NYSM has managed to do it with élan and the best testimonial to its innovation and trend setting clothing come from celebrities who chose this brand above others as an expression of the NY state of mind.
Take for example Black Thought aka The Roots. Tariq Trotter of Black thought is known for his lyrics and live performance skills, something that endeared the group to the masses. The Square Roots is how they began life and now go by the name of Black Thought, alive and raping since 1993 ever since their debut album Organix became a hit. All Elements is one group that has been rapping its way to the top ever since it made its appearance on the scene back in 2004.
