CBSE Merit Scholarship Scheme for Single Girl Child

To be eligible for the scholarship, you need to meet the following criteria:<br>1. You must be an Indian citizen.<br>2. You should be the only girl child in your family.<br>3. You must have scored 60% or more in the first five subjects of your Class 10 examination.<br>4. Introduction The CBSE Merit Scholarship Scheme offers the CBSE Merit Scholarship for Single Girl Child, providing an opportunity to financially support single girls who have completed CBSE Class 10 from any CBSE-affiliated school. This scholarship aims to assist bright single girls, who are the sole child in their families, in pursuing further education. The selected girls will receive a monthly grant of INR 500 for a maximum of two years

  4. Documents Needed • A completed and verified affidavit (original) from a first-class Judicial Magistrate/SDM/Executive Magistrate/Notary, • A confirmed statement from the school principal where the student is currently enrolled.
