  3. LEGISLATIVE EXECUTIVE Branch of the government that includes the president and his cabinet. Branch of the government that makes laws.

  4. JUDICIAL CHECKS & BALANCES Branch of the government that consists of our court system. System of government that allows the branches to check each others’ power.

  5. FEDERALIST ANTIFEDERALIST People who supported the new Constitution. Those who were opposed to the new Constitution.

  6. THE 5TH AMENDMENT PREAMBLE States that you do not have to testify against yourself. The Preamble contains six goals.
