  2. INTRODUCTION The special State Primary School Don Gnocchi works in convention with the “Don Carlo Gnocchi” foundation.

  3. This special school receives pupils which require sanitary and educational intervention which should be articulate and continuative complex clinical situations with multiple disabilities

  4. The sanitary-welfare sanitary-assistenziali rehabilitating educational will therefore have to be integrated with a interdisciplinary aim extended to the familiar and social context

  5. The Don Carlo Gnocchi Foundation Our commitment

  6. *To evaluate the eligibility of the children whose families make an application for registration to the courses proposed by the school Foundation, according to the very own characteristics of the children both in terms of rehabilitation and education – teaching *Once the application is received, the therapeutic rehabilitating project will be drawn up by the experts. This should be integrated with the educational project in the perspective of promoting the maximum potential global evolution for the child

  7. *Supervise the activities, the tools and the postures so that they can fit with the Rehabilitation Project *To protectthe physical welfare of the children through the presence of the sanitary, rehabilitating and welfare figures in synergy with the teachers and in the respect prescribed by the Rehabilitating Project, translated soundly in the Individualized Educational Plan and in the respect of the special characteristicsof each single child

  8. *To offer children the access to special educational programs *Guaranteeing the adhesion to educational innovative and rehabilitating paths through special activities in special equipped laboratories that are and periodically brought up-to-date.

  9. *To give support to the families *To be orientated towards life projects *To create supports, connections and introducing them in the social realities
