CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS • We work on facts and not emotion • We are professionals and therefore we will remain professional all the times with colleagues, industry and suppliers • Must be the right person for the job – display pride and deal with respect • Must have a CAN do attitude and are not part of the “sales prevention team” – we are here to deliver and aid sales with integrity
