  2. They take out the world’s most dangerous criminal in international warfare. They train we they aren’t at work. They train all year round. They are very lethal and dangerous. Never mess with a SEAL. What they wear Weapons they use Navy SEAL trident

  3. Training Indoc: a 1 week preparation course First phase: first 3 weeks focus on PT, physical training which includes the O-course(obstacle course), timed runs in the sand,& timed swimming Hell week: 1 week of non-continuous training which includes PT, O-course, surf torture, surf passage, boat drills, drown proofing, IBS sit-ups and sugar cookies. A sugar cookie is where a trainee gets wet and then rolls in the soft sand. This week is very demanding physically and mentally.

  4. Training(continued) Remaining 3 weeks: recovering from Hell week, teaching various methods of conducting hydrographic surveys and creating a hydro chart Phase 2: focuses on diving(breathing 100% oxygen etc.) Phase 3: focuses on land warfare(shooting & close quarter combat etc.)

  5. Attributes and abilities • Good eyesight • 28 years or younger • Have to be a US citizen • Pass a physical exam

  6. Job outlook The outlook of this job is very good because the U.S. Military will always need this job.

  7. Duties of this career • To take out the most dangerous and most wanted international terrorists • Such as Osama Bin Laden( SEAL Team 6 took him out) • They train when they aren’t at work.
