  4. Practice puppetry • Solve the problem with the customer and do not take everything personally

  5. Blowing out the dust • There might be dust in the connection and that could be causing the problem

  6. Taking the blame • Because you make them happy that you screwed up

  7. Why don’t employees take the blame • They are afraid to take the blame

  8. Career path • Some company make you go the through training to become a better customer service person
