Human Rights Domestic servants are not covered by the UAE Labor Law of 1980, therefore sexual abuse among female servants is a great concern Much more moderate than other countries on homosexual punishments The punishment was never execution and rarely life time sentence in jail Foreigners receive deportation, deportation sometimes temporary Foreigners infected with a disease such as HIV, Hepatitis will not be given and work or visa and they are kicked out of the country Victims of crime are provided with rehabilitation, counseling, and shelter until they get a proper document. Many victims are sent home on the government’s expense
